Chonburi, Thailand โ 16 January 2026 โ MICRO-TECH officially inaugurated its Thailand Manufacturing Center at the Laem Chabang Industrial Estate in Bang Lamung District, Chonburi Province. The opening marks a significant milestone in the companyโs international manufacturing footprint and its long-term commitment to building a resilient, globally integrated supply chain.
The inauguration ceremony brought together senior government representatives from Thailand, business leaders, industry partners, and MICRO-TECHโs global management team to witness the launch of the new facility. Distinguished guests in attendance included Ms Baofen Zhong, Director of the Investment Division at the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Shanghai and Director of the Thailand Board of Investment (BOI) Shanghai Office; Mrs Laddawan Onkumpung, Director of the Laem Chabang Industrial Estate Administration; leaders of the ThaiโChina business community, including Mr Jingshu Sun, President of the Jiangsu Chamber of Commerce in Thailand; as well as executives from MICRO-TECHโs headquarters and regional teams.

Strategically located near key logistics infrastructure, the Thailand Manufacturing Center offers direct access to a โseaโairโlandโ transportation network, enabling faster and more efficient delivery to global markets. The facility is approximately 9 km from Laem Chabang Deep Sea Port, 115 km from Suvarnabhumi International Airport, and within close reach of Bangkokโs commercial hub.
Built on a site of nearly 100,000 square meters, the center is designed with future scalability in mind and will serve as a core overseas manufacturing hub supporting MICRO-TECHโs growing international demand.

The Thailand facility features highly automated production lines and a comprehensive quality management system aligned with international medical manufacturing standards. The center is being developed in phases, including the construction of more than 4,500 square meters of cleanroom facilities.
Significant investment has been made in advanced equipment and process automation to ensure consistency, efficiency, and product quality.
At the ceremony, MICRO-TECH also marked a symbolic milestone as its first product manufactured at the Thailand facility was officially signed by company leadership and preserved on-site as a testament to the companyโs overseas manufacturing expansion.

Beyond manufacturing, the Thailand center is envisioned as a regional value hub supporting product localization, supply chain resilience, and market responsiveness. MICRO-TECH plans to progressively localize sourcing, production, warehousing, and logistics operations to enhance supply stability and operational flexibility.
The facility will support a diversified product portfolio ranging from core medical consumables to higher-value, specialized products tailored for different global markets.
The inauguration ceremony included a traditional blessing ritual, a ribbon-cutting ceremony, and a tree-planting activity symbolizing long-term growth and cooperation. A special cultural moment was also shared through an original poem written by Mr Long Xiaohui, Chairman of MICRO-TECH, reflecting the companyโs philosophy of global responsibility, innovation, and partnership.

The Thailand Manufacturing Center will progress through three development phases, enabling stepwise expansion in production capacity, market coverage, and value creation. Over time, the facility is expected to play a pivotal role not only in manufacturing, but also in strengthening relationships with global customers and partners.
