The SHOW system features guide wire exit mechanism (approx. 30–35 cm from the distal end), which is designed to reduce instrument exchange time during the procedure.
Its flexible structure is designed to appose the duct wall, delivering radial force to help maintain stricture patency.
A proximal retrieval loop is integrated for endoscopic grasping, allowing retrieval of the stent.
Silicone-coated covered models are designed to create a barrier that helps prevent tissue ingrowth.
The point‑of‑no‑return design (available in uncovered or partially covered model) allows controlled fine-tuning during positioning before final release.
